Story written for Urban Plains -- Drake U. Senior Capstone. Words, photography, and interviews are all my own, website is owned and managed by Drake University students. In order to do the article, I spoke with number indoor and aquaponic farms across the Midwest and drove up to MN to get photos to complete the article.
